Filters
What Are Filters?
Sync filters allow you create a list of file types that you want to be excluded during sync operations.
Defining Filters
Default filter settings can be defined on the User level, but can also be defined per Project Sync Schedule.
Default filters are applied to all Project Sync Schedules but can be removed as needed.
In case of any conflicts between the user’s defaults and a Project Sync Schedule filters, the Project Sync Schedule Filters will take precedence.
Adding Filters
To exclude file types from sync operations
Open Trimble Connect Sync.
Click the Settings button.
The Filters page will be shown.
Enter a description or title for your filter.
Enter the File Extension you want to exclude
Note: Do not include a period for the file extension.
For example, if you want to exclude .temp files, you would enter temp in this field.Click Add New Filter.
When you are done adding filters, click Done.
